TOKYO -- As India's middle class expands and acquires new tastes, the coffee market in the tea-loving country is growing at a clip of about 10% per year, faster than the global market. One major chain has set its sights overseas, with plans to open a full store in Japan.
Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters opened a pop-up location at a shopping center in Tokyo's Nihonbashi district this month.
