TOKUSHIMA, Japan -- Japanese restaurant operator Fujiya will soon bring its fledgling plant-based meat business to the U.S. market

Fujiya President Toru Kajitani is expected to travel to New York and Los Angeles next month to meet with potential buyers from upscale volume retailers.
