TOKYO -- Hakkaisan Brewery, a Japanese sake maker, announced plans to increase production capacity tenfold in the U.S. with its New York-based partner Brooklyn Kura.
Hakkaisan, producer of a popular sake of the same name, will help Brooklyn Kura relocate and expand its New York operations this autumn.
