TOKYO -- Brewer Asahi Group Holdings plans to sell Japanese-restaurant operator Nadaman to a peer for an undisclosed sum as it looks to leave the business and focus on alcoholic and other beverages, Nikkei has learned.

Food service company Onodera Group will acquire all Nadaman shares owned by intermediary holding company Asahi Group Japan.
