TOKYO -- Japanese restaurateur Toridoll Holdings will acquire Fulham Shore, a London-based operator of pizza and Greek restaurants, as it continues aggressively expanding overseas where eating out recovered quickly following the coronavirus pandemic.

Toridoll, which announced the deal Wednesday, will work with European private equity firm Capdesia Group to acquire the company through a subsidiary for about 93 million pounds ($116 million).
