Sushi chain Sushiro rolls into Beijing with private rooms, sashimi platters

BEIJING -- Sushiro, one of Japan's biggest sushi restaurant chains, is set to officially open here Wednesday with a location featuring its first private rooms in mainland China.

Sushiro's Beijing location, in the Xidan Joy City shopping mall, will offer four private rooms, holding up to six or 10 people each, for dining with friends and family. The menu will include premium sake and sashimi platters.
