TAIPEI -- Millennials and Generation Zers on the hunt for Instagram-worthy sweets are driving an evolution in Taipei's dessert scene.
In the Taiwanese capital's trendsetting East District, Le Buno serves gelato in carved-out fruit for an added visual punch. A weekday afternoon saw the dessert bar bustling with customers enjoying gelato made from mangoes, pineapples and other fresh fruits from around the island.
