TOKYO -- Japanese flour miller Nippn will build a factory in Vietnam to supply dry ingredients to local food makers, the company said Tuesday.

Located near Ho Chi Minh City, the plant will produce premix used to make batter for fried foods and baked goods. It will be capable of producing about 4,300 tonnes a year when it is completed in 2027.
