Fujitsu, Lenovo delay PC tie-up as talks drag on

Details of computer deal are still under negotiation

TOKYO -- Fujitsu and Lenovo Group have decided to postpone the target date for a final agreement on their personal computer business tie-up to sometime in the first half of 2017.

The details of the agreement, which had been expected by Friday, are taking time to negotiate, but it is unlikely that the talks will affect the companies' plans to integrate their businesses.
