TOKYO -- SK Holdings Chairman and CEO Chey Tae-won, who has been leading the technology group for decades, on Nov. 7 delivered a message to up-and-coming managers around the world: Have the courage to fail.
"In my career life, I had a lot of failures," Chey told the Nikkei Global Management Forum in Tokyo. "But even if you fail, it is not the end of it, because you will always face new opportunities."
