TOKYO -- Olympus will develop a research and development facility in India, the Japanese medical equipment maker said Wednesday, as it looks to make the facility a key base for developing products for emerging markets.
The Tokyo-based company said it will launch an innovation incubator in Hyderabad, in south-central India, as early as possible, with the goal of creating a full-fledged development center in the coming years.
