TOKYO -- Japan's Total Insurance Service is making a full entry into risk consulting services for Japanese companies in China from November, with plans to offer nonlife insurance policies with a local insurance broker.

Total Insurance, an insurance agent with close ties to Mizuho Bank, will work with China's A-One Insurance Brokers to propose insurance in addition to setting up a consultation desk to help Japanese companies in the event of an incident.
