TOKYO -- Yamato Holdings is launching an international shipping service for corporate customers that will link China and Singapore in as little as seven days.
The Japanese company recently finished turning OTL, a Malaysian group engaged in international shipping between China and Southeast Asia, into a subsidiary. OTL's network will be integrated with existing Yamato shipping networks in various countries under plans announced Monday, linking corporate locations via door-to-door service.
