Japanese IT companies partner to tap emerging nations

TOKYO -- Three Japanese companies with a total of more than 800 software engineers in Vietnam, Bangladesh and Myanmar will partner up to bid for contracts to develop large-scale computer systems for Japan. 

     Evolable Asia, BJIT and CyberMissions have formed an alliance, "Asia IT Development Belt Zone," to offer services with labor expenses 60% to 90% lower than in Japan in a bid to attract Japanese companies struggling to secure engineers.
