SHANGHAI/HONG KONG -- Debt-laden Country Garden Holdings will cut the salaries of its chair and other executives to 120,000 yuan ($16,700), the Chinese property developer has announced.
Yang Huiyan is the daughter of founder Yang Guoqiang and took over the chairmanship on March 1 of this year. Once one of the richest people in China, her compensation last year was 370,000 yuan.
