TOKYO -- The yen weakened to the upper 151 range against the dollar during Asian trading on Wednesday, approaching a more than three-decade low despite the Bank of Japan ending negative interest rates.
The Japanese currency has slid more than 2 yen against the dollar in a single day following the BOJ's policy shift announced Tuesday.
