JAKARTA -- An Indonesian startup for carbon offsets plans to list its products in international trading markets, such as Singapore and Tokyo, hoping that the archipelago nation's unique marine and coastal projects will draw interest from global businesses.

Founded in 2019, CarbonEthics provides nature-based environmental projects for companies wishing to offset their emissions. Its projects focus on "blue carbon," absorbed by coastal and marine plants like mangroves and seagrasses.
