HONG KONG (Nikkei Markets) -- Asian shares outside of Japan fell Wednesday, paced by companies in the energy sector and South Korean chipmakers.
The Nikkei Asia300 Index fell 0.6% to 1,330.97. A gauge of Chinese companies listed in Hong Kong, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, slid 0.5% after climbing to a two-month high yesterday amid optimism over U.S.-China trade relations.
