BANGKOK -- Japanese developer Mitsubishi Estate has fully opened a 61-story office tower in the Thai capital, seeking to bring in companies that are returning to in-person work.

At 276 meters tall, the One City Centre (OCC) in Bangkok is the tallest office skyscraper in Thailand. Completed in conjunction with local luxury estate developer Raimon Land, the 8.8 billion baht ($247 million) project has earned LEED gold certification, the second-highest level in the worldwide system for rating green buildings.
