HONG KONG -- Former senior executives at hedge fund Segantii pleaded not guilty on Thursday in one of Hong Kong's highest-profile insider trading cases.

Simon Sadler and Daniel La Rocca denied allegations brought by the Securities and Futures Commission that they traded the Hong Kong-listed shares of clothing company Esprit in 2017 based on insider information.
