BANGKOK -- Shares of Bangkok-listed contractor Italian-Thai Development (ITD) fell 27% on Monday, after a government office tower that it was constructing in the capital with a Chinese partner collapsed following an earthquake on Friday.

Eleven people died in the collapse, while 76 are unaccounted for, presumed trapped in the rubble. The casualty figures for the whole city are 18 dead, 33 injured and 78 missing.
