TOKYO -- Autonomous-driving venture firm ZMP is expected to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in mid-December, seeking funds to accelerate its next-generation technology development.
The robotics company is expected to debut with a market cap of roughly 40 billion yen ($375.4 million) in Japan's first listing of a self-driving tech venture. The TSE is expected to approve the listing as early as this month. The stock will most likely list on the TSE Mothers market for emerging stocks.
