TOKYO -- Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway is preparing another issue of yen-denominated bonds, Nikkei learned Wednesday, a potential sign of further investments in Japanese stock.

BofA Japan Securities and Mizuho Securities have been chosen to underwrite the bonds, which could be offered in the coming days, depending on market conditions. Terms including the maturity, coupon and size of the issue will be decided going forward.
