SEOUL -- Startups and big tech companies are helping South Korea's comics and entertainment studios speed up production with artificial intelligence, creating new business in the fast-growing industry.

Onoma AI, which specializes in producing images using natural language prompts and generative AI technology, said it is working with Kenaz, helping the midsized comics studio produce synopses and storyboards with its TooToon tool.
