PALO ALTO, California -- Netflix added a net 8.05 million paid streaming subscribers in the second quarter, with the Asia-Pacific region marking the biggest user growth, the U.S. streaming service announced Thursday.
For the three months ended June 30, the company recorded $9.6 billion in total revenue, up 16.8% year on year. It ended the quarter with 277.65 million paid subscribers globally, up 16.5% on the year.
