TOKYO -- Sony Group will release the next generation of its virtual reality headset for the PlayStation 5 video game system at the beginning of next year.
Gaming subsidiary Sony Interactive Entertainment tweeted Tuesday about the launch for PlayStation VR2 on PlayStation's Japanese account. The price and specs were not revealed in a one-line social media post.
