OSAKA -- The follow-up to "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" will arrive in Japanese theaters on April 24, 2026, a few weeks after the U.S. release, Nintendo said Wednesday.
As with the blockbuster 2023 film, the Japanese gaming company will produce the movie in conjunction with Illumination, the American studio behind the Minions franchise.
