LONDON -- Zennor Asset Management, a British boutique asset management firm and shareholder of Fuji Media Holdings, has called for board members of the Japanese broadcaster to be replaced to improve its corporate governance.
"The board should be replaced with a new team to resolve this problem fully. We hope that the outcome is a much better governed company."
