Nissan's Ghosn crisis

Nissan CEO to attend alliance board meeting in Amsterdam

Structure of three-way affiliation also seen as possible topic for discussion

TOKYO -- Three allied automakers -- Nissan Motor, Renault and Mitsubishi Motors -- will hold their regular alliance board meeting in Amsterdam through Wednesday.

Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa will be in attendance for the first time since former chairman Carlos Ghosn's arrest over underreporting of compensation. Renault Deputy CEO Thierry Bollore is also expected to attend, with the two possibly meeting one-on-one in a separate session.
