TOKYO -- Japanese convenience store chain FamilyMart has begun selling clothing items from its private brand (PB) Convenience Wear in Taiwan as of Wednesday, marking the first time the products are being sold outside Japan.

The Tokyo-based company made a full-scale entry into the market for PB clothing domestically in 2021, with the items going on to become some of their signature products -- something it hopes to cash in on overseas in Taiwan.
