TOKYO -- The founder of Indonesian conglomerate CT Corp looks to strengthen its retail business with an expansive ecosystem that shares customer data among supermarkets, banks and more.

"We seek to grasp data from 50 million members within the next three years or so and stimulate consumption within the group," CT Chairman Chairul Tanjung told Nikkei in an interview in Tokyo.
