TOKYO/KUALA LUMPUR -- Japan's Sogo & Seibu opened a high-end department store in Malaysia on Wednesday as compatriots try again to crack Southeast Asian markets with new approaches.
The Seibu store opened in The Exchange TRX mall in Kuala Lumpur, with floor space spanning about 23,000 square meters across four stories.
