MANILA -- Foot Locker opened its first Philippine location here Friday, as the U.S. sneaker store chain makes a play for fans of name-brand shoes and sportswear.
The store in Manila's Glorietta shopping mall is complete with the chain's signature striped employee uniforms that look like referees' shirts.
