OSAKA -- Sharp's Taiwanese president wants the company to throw away its top-down management approach and its employees to start proposing reforms.
The Japanese corporation is currently being restructured by its new Taiwanese owner, Hon Hai Precision Industry, better known as Foxcon. And President Tai Jeng-wu has started urging his employees to speak up.
