Singtel gears up cybersecurity services in link with Palo Alto Networks

SINGAPORE -- Singapore Telecommunications announced Friday that it has teamed up with leading security technology company Palo Alto Networks of the U.S, to offer cybersecurity services to corporate customers in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Singtel has started offering managed security solutions running on Palo Alto's "Next-Generation Security Platform." The sophisticated solutions, targeted at mid- to large-size corporations, are equipped with a next-generation firewall and cloud-based malware analysis, which can detect known and unknown threats and protect from cyberattacks in a matter of five minutes.
