SINGAPORE -- StarHub, Singapore's No. 2 telecommunications company, has opened a new network monitoring and innovation center as it seeks to strengthen its technological capabilities to compete in an increasingly competitive telecommunications market.
Hubtricity, a 5,388 sq. meter facility, will allow StarHub to monitor the performance of its fixed, mobile and pay TV networks. Through other forms of data collection such as social media analytics, StarHub is looking to understand how customers use and respond to its services. The data will in turn help the company to optimize its resources.
