TOKYO/SINGAPORE -- Southeast Asian superapp Grab will allow users to book ground transportation from airports before arrival in a move to expand outside its core market, as the COVID-hit global tourism industry starts to recover.
Grab, Southeast Asia's largest ride-hailing and food-delivery company, mainly offers services in eight regional markets. But its users will soon be able to have drivers waiting for them at airports not only in Southeast Asia, but in many countries outside the region.
