Lam Research sees no material impact from new U.S. chip curbs

China accounts for nearly 50% of quarterly revenue despite export controls

PALO ALTO, U.S. -- Chip tool maker Lam Research said it sees no major impact from the new U.S. export restrictions announced Tuesday as China remains a key market.

For the three months ended Sept. 24, Lam reported $3.5 billion in revenue, down 31.4% year on year.
