CEO meets trade officials in Beijing after U.S. imposes fresh chip curbs

SHANGHAI -- Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang vowed to make "every effort" to serve the Chinese market as he met with trade officials in Beijing on Thursday in the wake of new U.S. chip curbs.

Huang met with Ren Hongbin, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, according to state media. Huang also reportedly met with Chinese vice-premier He Lifeng and the founder of DeepSeek.
