TAIPEI -- Top European chipmaking equipment producer ASML says artificial intelligence remains a key driver of growth for its clients, though that expansion might be uneven from customer to customer.
ASML President and CEO Christophe Fouquet said on Wednesday that AI is still the "clear driver" for the chip industry but it was not benefiting everyone equally.
