TOKYO -- Taiwanese PC manufacturer Acer plans to sharply increase shipments of computers equipped with artificial intelligence features, Chairman and CEO Jason Chen told Nikkei.

Acer will raise the share of Copilot+ PCs among deliveries to 40% by the third quarter of 2025. Copilot+ is a class of PCs designed to run AI developed by Microsoft.
