SAP to launch AI agent service in Japan, CEO says

TOKYO -- SAP, Europe's largest software company, will offer Japanese businesses new tools that use artificial intelligence to help with processes like handling customer complaints.

A Japanese version of the AI agent service will start as early as this month, SAP Chief Executive Christian Klein told Nikkei. The service will be introduced as an add-on to the German company's enterprise resource planning system.
