India's HCL targets Asia, Europe in hunt for fresh revenue

BENGALURU -- India's HCL Technologies is looking to ramp up sales in Asia, Europe and other regions as it pushes to boost revenue from markets beyond the U.S. and the U.K., senior company executives told Nikkei Asia.

HCL, India's third-largest information technology company in terms of revenue after Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Infosys, has identified potential key markets in countries including South Korea, Japan, Vietnam and Taiwan in Asia, along with Spain, Portugal, Germany and France in Europe.
