HO CHI MINH CITY -- Facebook owner Meta plans to produce virtual reality headsets in Vietnam from 2025, the two sides said after a meeting that also covered censorship and artificial intelligence.

Manufacturing of the Quest 3S will create 1,000 jobs, Meta said Tuesday, marking another key electronics contract for a supply-chain hub that already makes Apple iPads and Dell laptops. The tech giant added it's helping create an AI class at a Vietnamese college.
