TOKYO -- Reddit co-founder and former executive chairman Alexis Ohanian says he is seeking tech-related investment targets in Japan, an important partner for the U.S. in its attempt to build a China-free chip supply chain.

Ohanian is the founder and general partner of Seven Seven Six, a venture capital firm for early-stage startups with $970 million in assets under management.
