TAIPEI -- Taiwanese iPhone assembler Foxconn says revenue from its cloud and networking business, driven by demand for AI servers, will soon surpass that of its almighty consumer electronics segment for the first time, despite U.S. tariffs causing "headaches" for the tech industry as a whole.

Foxconn Chairman Young Liu on Friday said unpredictable government policies, tariffs and geopolitics were all major factors influencing the industry.
