SEOUL/TOKYO -- Top South Korean internet company Naver looks to undergo a generational change of CEO, tapping a 40-year-old attorney to lead its transition to a more international business model.

Choi Soo-yeon, who handles Naver's overseas operations, has been chosen as the next CEO, pending shareholder approval at the annual meeting in March.
