DALIAN, China -- Vietnamese tech major FPT has opened a large software development base in the northeastern Chinese city of Dalian, tapping the many local workers with the language proficiency to support its Japanese clients.
The Japanese subsidiary of group development arm FPT Software established the Dalian base.
