TOKYO Toshiba moved a step closer to a turnaround with a long-awaited agreement to sell its prized flash memory unit. But numerous hurdles must still be cleared before the sale is made, and even after this saga ends, the embattled Japanese conglomerate will still need to figure out a way forward without the centerpieces of its business strategy.
