KUALA LUMPUR -- AirAsia Group expects earnings to return to pre-coronavirus pandemic levels in nine months, CEO Tony Fernandes said on Wednesday.
Malaysia's lifting of domestic travel restrictions has brought financial strength to the company and the recent announcement of the Malaysia-Singapore border reopening is an added plus, Fernandes said.
